At Sport Innovation, we are dedicated to a transparent and collaborative process with you as customer, focused on transforming your ideas into great products. Our commitment lies in meticulously crafting each garment to meet your exact standards.

Understanding our sampling process is essential in achieving a good end result. Below, you'll find an overview of the different types of samples we offer, along with their respective costs, enabling you to make well-informed decisions for your designs

1. Prototype Samples

These initial samples are essential for testing and refining your design ideas. We provide these at no additional cost to support the development of your products.

Cost: $0 (Free of charge)

2. Photo Samples

These are carefully produced samples, with high quality, used for marketing purposes, like for catalogues, websites, or promotional material. The doubled quotation covers the high-quality materials and effort needed.

Cost: 2 times the quotation

3. Salesmen Samples

Similar to Photo Samples, these could also be used for marketing, but more directly for sales pitches and demonstrations to retailers or other buyers. The doubled quotation cost covers the higher quality and detailing.

Cost: 2 times the quotation

4. New Development of Sample Fabrics

When custom or new fabrics are needed, we create tailored samples. The cost varies depending on the complexity of the fabric development.

5. Pre-Production Samples

These final samples are made right before main production begins, ensuring your product meet all specifications. We offer these at no cost as part of our commitment to quality.

Cost: $0 (Free of charge)

6. Jumping Size-set / Fitting Samples

To guarantee a perfect fit across all sizes, we create size-set samples. The Free On Board pricing includes all costs up to the point of loading onto a transport vehicle.

7. Shipment Samples

Samples from the actual production run are sent for your final approval before the bulk shipment. These are also priced on an FOB basis.

Each step in our timeline is carefully structured to ensure that your product needs are met with the utmost attention to detail and efficiency.

5–6 weeks Comments for Proto Samples (Price Quotation)
